Engineering has no borders, but standards do.
In cross-border heavy industry projects, handing blueprints over to an overseas supplier often comes with immense risks. Metric-to-imperial conversions, complex welding logics, and differing material standards... any slight misunderstanding can snowball into a fatal disaster on the job site.
At Megasteel, we refuse to just "copy and paste." Our digestion of an international blueprint is a rigorous engineering decoding process:
When clients provide only structural drawings (Approval Drawings), our detailing team uses Tekla for 1:1 3D modeling. The 3D model not only eliminates blind spots in complex nodes but also allows us to build highly accurate initial material preparation models.
To tackle imperial dimensions on foreign blueprints, we implement a "dual-dimensioning (metric/imperial)" system on our Shop Drawings as a reading aid for the shop floor. This ensures our frontline workers do not need to perform tedious unit conversions, allowing them to proceed directly with fabrication according to their accustomed work habits. By proactively handling this complexity, we not only eliminate the risk of conversion errors but also significantly boost our production efficiency, turning the blueprints into a barrier-free "welding language."

Our Shop Drawings are reviewed and stamped directly by US Professional Engineers (PE). We rigorously scrutinize welding symbols, bolted connections, and load-bearing logic in critical node zones together with the PE. Once approved, Megasteel strictly reverse-engineers the production schedule based on the project's precise "dispatch and on-site erection sequence."

Exceptional delivery speed, a profound understanding of the design intent, and the reassuring zero-error fabricationwithin Megasteel's workshops. Hand us your blueprints. The only thing you need to do on-site is enjoy the seamless, block-building installation.
