Carrying out high-intensity construction under scorching sun is the ultimate physical challenge. The on-site project department of Megasteel refuses the "fatigue tactic" and resolutely implements scientific microenvironment intervention:
We strictly implement the homework system of "doing at both ends and taking breaks in the middle". Mandatory rotation when the temperature reaches 35 ° C; When the temperature reaches 37 ° C, outdoor work is completely prohibited from noon to afternoon; If the temperature exceeds 40 ° C, work will be stopped unconditionally. Prioritize the allocation of low temperature periods in the morning and evening to key processes.

We set up a sunshade and rest shelter nearby in the work area. At the same time, designated personnel are assigned to manage heatstroke prevention and emergency supplies on site, and cool drinks are regularly supplied to ensure that all staff are hydrated at all times.

Even under the scorching sun, all on-site personnel remain fully equipped with standard PPE, while safety officers meticulously conduct various safety inspections across the site.

Summer gale-force winds and rainstorms pose a fatal threat to tower crane operations, partially erected frames, and temporary facilities. Megasteel's on-site typhoon strategy centers on "advanced anticipation" and "specialized reinforcement".
Real time linkage of weather warning for all staff. Once the typhoon or strong gust warning takes effect, all high-altitude operations, heavy component lifting, and excavation and edge operations on site will be immediately stopped.

Before the strong wind approaches, the on-site team will strictly implement standardized actions: the tower crane will stop and return to its original position, and release the slewing brake; Thoroughly inspect the scaffolding wall connecting components; Uniformly fix or transfer scattered steel components, templates, and small machinery to resolutely eliminate the risk of falling objects from high altitude. At the same time, inspect the drainage equipment of the foundation pit and strictly prevent water accumulation and soaking in the groove.


The resumption of work after a storm is often a high-risk period for secondary disasters. Megasteel's on-site project management enforces absolute rigid requirements for post-rain resumption:
Blind resumption is strictly prohibited. Work can only restart after a comprehensive inspection of foundation pit stability, scaffold verticality, heavy lifting machinery, and temporary electrical systems. Only when proper insulation is confirmed and all water accumulation hazards are cleared, followed by a sign-off from the site safety director, will operations recommence.
