The Results Of The Indonesian American Standard Project - Shandong Hujiang Intelligent Assembly Factory Audit

At the end of December 2024，Shandong Megasteel Intelligent Assembly Base hosted the Indonesian American standard project team for a quality inspection and factory audit. The team thoroughly reviewed our equipment and finished components, ensuring all data met standards. We are pleased to report that the acceptance process was successful, and shipment preparations are progressing smoothly.

On-site Factory Inspection

During the on-site factory inspection, the team inspected our production environment, equipment, facilities, and personnel management. Our intelligent assembly line, which ensures stable and high-quality production, received high praise.

• About Shandong Megasteel Intelligent Assembly Base: Covers 162,000 square meters, Approximately 510 employees

• Specializes in medium to high-end steel structure processing

• Equipped with advanced facilities, including a multi-head three-dimensional shot blasting machine and a high-standard paint baking workshop

• Holds certifications for EN1090, AISC, and China Steel Structure Fabrication Grade A Certificate.

Quality Inspection

The team inspected key aspects of our steel structure components, including raw material traceability, dimensional accuracy, welding quality, and surface treatment. All components met or exceeded customer requirements:

• Raw materials from reputable suppliers ( Shougang, Angang Steel, Tangshan lron) passed strict traceability checks.

• Material management is highly standardized, ensuring proper protection, inventory, and labeling.

• Inspections showed no rolled edges or splashes. Paint film, dimensions, and holes achieved 100% pass rates.

• Weld seams met thickness standards: a random inspection of 30 weld seams showed that 15% of the weld seams had a height reaching over 70% of the main material thickness, and the rest of the weld seams all reached over 80% of the main material thickness.

• All the paint was fully inspected, with an average thickness of 420μm, fully meeting the requirements, with no issues like sagging, color differences, or pinholes.
