On June 8, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phase III project of MOONS' Industries (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park. The Chairman of MOONS', the Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong Industrial Zone Management Authority, Mr. Xing, Chairman of Megasteel, and other core leaders attended the event, jointly laying the foundation for this landmark project aimed at the forefront of global intelligent manufacturing.

As the general contractor of the project, Megaspace (Vietnam) is the core driving force behind Megasteel's comprehensive expansion into overseas EPC projects. Over the years, Megaspace has deeply rooted itself in the Vietnamese market. Relying on mature localized supply chain advantages, strict engineering quality management, and an exceptionally high delivery rate, it has successfully delivered multiple large-scale overseas industrial facility benchmark projects. Meticulous Planning: Building a High-Standard International Smart Manufacturing Base

The current phase of the project is located in the VSIP Industrial Park, Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City. It covers a total land area of 68,815 square meters and a total floor area of 112,421 square meters. The first section currently launched, contracted by Megaspace, covers a construction land area of 25,766.07 square meters. Addressing the stringent requirements of modern smart manufacturing for industrial facilities, the Megaspace project team has scientifically planned the spatial layout and construction standards:

Core Production & Warehousing Hub:

Includes a 28-meter-high "4-story cast-in-place concrete frame + partial steel structure" production facility (Facility 1), supported by a 23.95-meter-high single-story steel structure automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) warehouse. This design perfectly ensures the high requirements for load-bearing capacity and spatial flexibility demanded by large-span production lines and intelligent warehousing.

High-Standard R&D Center:

Construction of a 5-story, 23.1-meter-high cast-in-place concrete frame R&D building, providing top-tier hardware support for the breakthrough and transformation of cutting-edge technologies.

Large Corridor & Functional Network:

The project features a large corridor (Corridor 1) with an impressive span of 30.85 meters and multiple connection canopies, efficiently linking various functional zones. It is also equipped with a parking garage (Garage 1 + auxiliary rooms), multiple parking canopies, and three main/secondary entrance zones (Guardhouses 1-3), creating a modern industrial park with smooth logistical flow.

Safety Defense Line & Utilities:

High-standard construction of a hazardous waste and chemical warehouse (Warehouse 1), complemented by a comprehensive firewater pool and pump room system, comprehensively fortifying the park's production safety and environmental protection baselines.

Aiming at the Forefront: Fully Empowering Global Supply Chain Upgrades

The Phase III project is a core strategic move for MOONS' to deepen its global supply chain and implement its internationalization strategy. Once completed and put into production, the project will primarily focus on high-value-added and high-technical-barrier cutting-edge product lines, such as motors, robotics, and medical equipment, significantly expanding its advanced manufacturing capacity in Southeast Asia and globally.
