The curtain wall system is not only the "outer shell" of a building but also the expression of its soul. Megasky has meticulously crafted it, ensuring its practical functions while using artistic expression to outline the building's special character. Combining 6,660 square meters of glass with 3,400 square meters of aluminum panels, through a rhythmic facade design, it presents a smooth and natural visual effect full of vitality, vividly showcasing the minimalist aesthetic.
The exterior facade of the fourth floor is constructed with a full-panel laying technique, which makes the "shoulder" lines smooth, graceful and elegant, like a gentle breeze.
The south entrance facade features a uniquely designed door header that significantly improved the vigour of the building.
The entire building's exterior window system has been upgraded to a combination of curtain wall windows and strip windows, ensuring both lighting and ventilation effects while seamlessly integrating with the overall curtain wall style, presenting a unified appearance.
The inner courtyard on the fourth floor has distinct layers, creating a pleasant and elegant pastoral atmosphere and becoming a distinctly landscape inside the building.
The functional areas are distinctly separated. All partitions and laboratories on the fourth floor are made of steel-framed fire-resistant glass, which takes both safety distinctly and practical needs into account.
The innovative design of the parapet cover plate skillfully integrates the glass curtain wall with the aluminum plate edge, exquisite and neat lines, showing the beauty in details.
During the construction process, it has always adhered to the principle of "high standards and strict requirements", strictly abiding by every construction process standard, with a particular focus on the construction effect and the quality of concealed works. Through strict quality totally at each stage, including self-inspection, specialized inspection, and customer-specific acceptance, the project quality has far exceeded expectations and received widespread praise from customers.
Strict material selection: The original glass sheets are selected from top domestic brands, ensuring excellent light transmission and impact resistance, totally meeting the building's lighting and safety requirements.
Seamless edge finishing: 3.00mm aluminum plates are used for edge finishing, achieving seamless connection with the glass totally wall. And the hidden wire embedding technology is applied to ensure the simple and attractive appearance of the building facade.
Optimization of construction scheme: The small unit overall hoisting scheme is adopted, transferring the welding operations that originally needed to be carried out at high altitudes to the ground for centralized processing, promoting welding-free construction at high altitudes, which greatly improves construction efficiency and achieves the goal of rapid construction.
Strict quality control: All materials are strictly subject to sample delivery testing, passing the "four-performance" testing of building attractive walls and various re-tests. Quality is the foundation, and excellent products are the result.
