Megasteel ”2025 Make Dreams Blossom into Reality” Spring Festival Annual Party was held in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province. Our team gathered here to celebrate our achievements and look forward to a bright future together.
On February 11th, we visited the project site in Zhaoqing. Wang Yongjun, our engineering director, explained the construction progress. Despite three months of rain, the 600,000 square meter project completed its foundation work and achieved water cutoff before the Spring Festival, showcasing the "Megasteel speed" and setting a solid foundation for the upcoming year's construction efforts.
In the field, discussions were held, and colleagues from various departments experienced practical applications of theory. Standardized methods ensure we create excellent projects.
On February 12th, all staff met at the Sheraton Hotel in Zhaoqing for the annual summary meeting. Mr. Xing Gang, Founder and Chairman, reviewed 2024's performance, analyzed the market, set goals for 2025, and outlined our strategic direction. He hoped we would work together to "Make Dreams Blossom into Reality" in 2025.
Mr. Zhu Hongfei, General Manager, emphasized that while we cannot adjust the external environment, we can adapt and embrace change. He shared valuable insights on the relationship between the company and employees, encouraging everyone to find their place and move forward together as a team.
