Grow Well: Transforming 'aged wastelands' into' fresh stages.'

On May 22nd, 2024, the GLP Yueqing Intelligent Logistics Hub project welcomed its completion acceptance ceremony.

Senior leaders from GLP were invited to observe and guide the project's completion and acceptance, celebrating its successful delivery.

The GLP Yueqing Intelligent Logistics Hub project covers a total construction area of 338,000 square meters, making it one of the major "thousand trillion" projects in the province and the largest investment-scale comprehensive logistics hub in Wenzhou.

Located in Liushi Town, known as the "Electrical Capital of China," the project is just 1.9 kilometers from the Huanghua Expressway exit, 4.5 kilometers from the Beikou Bridge, 14.8 kilometers from Yueqing Station, and 15.5 kilometers from Wenzhou Longwan Airport, close to S2 light rail line and 228 National Highway. Before construction, the site was a long-abandoned area with complex geological conditions, including numerous beaches and methane pockets.

Overcome difficulties: Worked diligently to lay a solid foundation

The basic project is faced with huge challenges.

High voltage lines, fuel and gas pipelines run through the site.

Megaspace actively cooperate with the owner to relocate 35KV and 110KV high-voltage lines, while protecting the base and oil and gas pipelines, ensuring the project's smooth progress.

Over one million cubic meters of sand were used for backfilling, the backfill volume is large and the construction is difficult.

Vacuum prepressing technology was used to treat the silt geology, resulting in a foundation bearing capacity of 100KPa/㎡.

From a muddy ground where a chopstick couldn't stand upright to a site where heavy-duty equipment could operate, it took over 200 days and nights of continuous effort.

Sand blowing backfill, water cover constant load, and vacuum prepressure were all part of the seamless construction process.

Every piece of steel is meticulously crafted, and advanced construction techniques have been implemented to create a high-quality intelligent logistics park for our customers.

We optimized the construction and hoisting schemes, using 55-ton truck cranes, 100-ton crawler cranes, and 350-ton crawler cranes for external lifting.

The PC beam lifting process was refined to enhance lifting speed.

The use of ox legs + steel secondary beams + Y-shaped truss plates ensured safe floor construction and improved structural stability.

In the construction of platform and ramp, the comb-shaped deformation joint is used to avoid the settlement deformation risk caused by weak geology.

The slope side drainage is changed to the finished drainage side stone to strengthen the drainage efficiency.

In the office area, cantilever members and floor-bearing plates were sealed and wrapped with stainless steel, hot-dip galvanized, and aluminum buckle materials to resist the corrosive effects of the coastal environment.

Buried pipelines were installed using a hanging mode to prevent weak geological settlement and reduce maintenance risks.

Seismic supports and portal supports were added to enhance seismic and safety performance.

Precision machinery such as automatic punching machines and welding machines were used to achieve precise automation and control.
