Make every effort to "solidify the foundation"
Achieve the "Megasteel acceleration"
At the construction site of the Huang Pu Intelligent Supply Chain Base. This team, organized by Megasteel, is operating with an unwavering commitment to work around the clock and in all weather conditions, driving a significant construction momentum in the Nan Gang area.
Up to now, the construction of the foundation division project is in full swing. Key processes such as the erection of high-formwork frames are advancing at full speed. With the extraordinary daily construction efficiency, the progress record is being refreshed.
The "Sprint Code" of Every Second Counts
Facing problems such as limited site and accumulated earthwork, the project team adopts a "precision combat" strategy: Complete all earthwork transportation in Area A01 within 2 days. Strive to construct 50 foundation caps in 10 days. Strive towards the goal of "completing the cap construction in 30 days".
The project manager revealed: "We have refined the construction plan to the hour, manpower and machinery work in 24-hour shifts, every link of the construction rhythm is precisely timed."
The "Breaking Wisdom" of Rainy Season Construction
Aiming at the characteristics of the southern flood season, the team deployed a combination of "drainage - precipitation control- rush work" in advance: Drainage ditches and sumps form a three-dimensional drainage system. Start pumping operations immediately when it rains. Reserve sufficient materials such as rainproof cloth and non-slip steel plates. Achieve "rush to work on sunny days and continue to work on rainy days".
At present, more than 50,000 square meters of foundation excavation have been successfully completed. Even during the prolonged rainy season, the construction progress still maintains 120%.
"Unbreakable Rules" for Quality Control throughout the Entire Chain
From the yield strength testing of reinforcing bars upon delivery to the site, to the real-time monitoring of backfill soil moisture content, each procedure adheres strictly to the "three-inspection system" (self-inspection, peer inspection, and specialized inspection).
Recently, in addressing the issue of elevated backfill soil moisture content due to rainfall, the technical team worked overnight to refine the construction plan. Through the implementation of a layered compaction technique combined with lime-soil improvement, ensure that the compaction degree meets the design
requirements.
Visualization management shows its true colors
A quality model display area is set up on site. Technologies such as steel bar binding and form work splicing, presented with 1:1 physical models. Newly admitted workers must pass the model acceptance assessment before they can take up their posts. The project engineer introduced: "Each batch of building materials in our project implements traceable management. Full-process data visualization, so that quality control can be seen and touched."
"Wisdom + Human Defense" Double Insurance
Deploy an Al monitoring system to capture illegal operations in real time. Safety officers carry out "grid" inspections. For dangerous links such as high-altitude operations and deep foundation pit construction, implement "one person, one supervision".
Newly admitted equipment needs to pass the "three certificates and one book" review(qualification certificate, Test report, quality guarantee certificate, maintenance record). Carry out weekly "health checks" on equipment.
Full Participation "Safety Ecology"
The daily morning "safety morning meeting" routine. Workers have compiled the "Seven Noes for High-altitude Operations" jingle and kept it in mind. The construction area is fully covered with steel pipe protective fences, dense safety nets and sound-light alarm devices, form a "visible safety line".
The project manager said: "We will continue to refresh the 'Nan Gang Speed' with the attitude of 'starting is a decisive battle', and strive to complete the topping out of the main structure within the year, pressing the 'fast-forward button' for the construction.
